2. Purpose and scope
The Website offers online sales of garage door remote controls, receivers, motors, automation equipment, spare parts and accessories. Accessing and using the Website makes you a user and means you accept this legal notice. Purchases are also governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
The contents of the Website (texts, design, logos, images, structure and code) belong to its publisher or are used with the permission of their owners. The brands and names of manufacturers and models shown on the Website belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to identify products and their compatibility. Reproduction, distribution or alteration without express authorisation is prohibited, except for personal use.
4. Use of the Website and liability
Users undertake to use the Website in accordance with the law, good faith and this legal notice, and not to interfere with its proper operation. The publisher strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but the Website may contain material errors; if a price or description error is detected it will be corrected and the customer will be informed before the order concerned is confirmed. 8. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute with users who are consumers, the competent courts are those of their place of residence, in accordance with the applicable consumer legislation. For other users, the parties submit to the courts determined by law.
