How to return an order
- Tell us. Write to info@mandobox.eu stating your order number and that you are withdrawing from the purchase (you can use the model below). You have 14 calendar days from receiving the order.
- Send the product back. Return it, if possible in its original packaging and with its accessories and instructions, to: Joseya Peter Amissah Amissah (MandoBox), C/ Miguel de Cervantes, 20, 19209 Villanueva de la Torre (Guadalajara), Spain. You have 14 calendar days from the moment you tell us. Return shipping costs are borne by you.
- We refund you. No later than 14 calendar days after receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used. We may wait until we receive the product, or proof that you sent it, before refunding.
Withdrawal is not available for products personalised or programmed at the customer’s request, nor for sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and have been unsealed. See the Terms and Conditions of Sale for details, the 3-year legal guarantee and exchanges.
Defective product or mistake in your order?
Write to us at info@mandobox.eu with your order number, a description and photographs. We will repair or replace the product at no cost to you.
